And not the good kind. Yeah, I'm a bastard with no ability to commit to for-fun projects, I know. It's difficult, but I just have so much shit to do. It's my fault, honestly, but whatever. Terra's still without an upper body, ugh. I gotta straighten my life up, haha.
But yes, let me tell you guys about a few projects I've been working on. To start off, I'll tell you about my school shit as to confirm that I'm not just pulling stuff off. I have 3D Design along with Painting this semester. Both are very interesting, but i need to do quite a bit at this point on my own time. It gets frustrating in 3D because I've yet to understand the concept of asymmetry. Got a few pointers from a friend though, so I should be good. I hope. I need to do a texture project, and a project completely comprised of right triangles. Both will be somewhat difficult to pull off for me. My previous projects weren't exactly a hit for Nicholas Cage. Yes, my professor looks like a taller version of Nicholas Cage.
In terms of papercraft projects I do, indeed have things planned out. Frankly, I don't think I can do Kefka right now. He's kinda complicated for my skill level, and though it pains me to say that, I want Kefka done correctly. ANYONE OF THE FF-PC PEOPLE ARE WELCOMED TO WORK ON HIM. Ask Kaizo or myself for his current pose. He's in the Trine pose from Dissidia.
In terms of my current projects though, I've decided to take it a bit easy, but to work with some creative license. I've recently gotten into a game called Heroclix, which is essentially a tactics game with DC and Marvel characters. It's very reminiscent of Final Fantasy Tactics, which I like. Of course it's quite different, but it's a different game. I personally find the maps/boards that you have to play on really dull and boring. There are hindering terrains, but no actual terrain. So what I'm going to do is make a 3D map out of papercraft, and other support materials. The map itself will be glued on some wood, and then the terrains will be made by me. This time I'm going to work off sprites from a particular game I've yet to choose. At some point I'm going to make 3D models on Sketchup or something for the terrains, but not yet. My first shot will use a more ghetto approach.
I'll keep you guys posted. Until then, stay FABULOUS!

Finally started working on Kefka. Need to finish a few things with his model first though, which may be a problem. I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do. Should be fine though... Anyway, aside from working with that I've been building Kaizo's Terra model. It's coming along nicely, but I'm more or less at a stand still. I've had work and college more or less nonstopped these past few weeks, so.

So my computer crapped out the other day when I installed an inferior video card to my own in hopes that I'll be able to use dual monitors with it. My mistake, but it led me to the revelation that is Windows 7. I've played with it before, of course, but I never had it. Anyway, I formatted my computer. Now I'm bring back all of the files I backed up. It may take another day, what with the other stuff I need to do. I ordered a new card though, and it'll most definitely help me with my 3D software. So after I organize my papercraft stuff I'll be working on those projects I mentioned before. Just an update. Awesome for me, uninteresting to you, I know.

Things have been slow lately around Final Fantasy Papercraft. Just as an update, Kaizo's more or less off the scene in terms of releasing anything. He'll still be around though, ofcourse. I've been in a huge slump. I mean HUGE. I want to delete all of these complainy posts, but... Ugh... At any rate, I'm still having the same issues as before; an inability to rip Digimon models myself. Everything that I've built thus far has been ripped by Zerox or someone else.
I'm going to invest in a laserjet as to not waste soo much money on ink. I'm still trying to pull strings to be able to get free prints in school, but the art department covets their ink. Hell, I don't blame em, but damn.
I do have some decent news though. I did finish a few layouts in pepakura before, and I have stuff waiting to be printed. I have Machinedramon and Meramon, but I'm not going to do Machinedramon until later. He's really big and I don't have anywhere to put him atm.
Need to invest in shelving...
Anyway, that's it. I'm gonna try ta finish sooner than later as to get out of this God awful slump.

No updates today, though were any of you honestly expecting any? I've been busy as of late with college. It's almost the end of the semester (December 18th I believe) and I've just been dished out extreme amounts of work. Hohoho... To begin with I had around 12 assignments to do, and now I'm down to about 8... I think. Either was, I need to hustle. Lots of work, and I've just been distracting myself with every little thing that arises. I'm so not taking this many credits this year... Hohohoho... No.... Anyway, I'm considering working on the Kefka Dissidia project from ways back that Kaizo was planning on doing. I hope that I can get the okay to use the school printers though, because the printers I've been using have been a real drain on my wallet. Rest assured though that there will be new releases, as I have a lot of layouts ready to be printed, just haven't had the time to work on them. As you know, my instructions for my moogle sucked, so I'm considering trying to make as best instructions I can using fragments from the Pepakura file. We'll see how that goes. Machinedramon will still be made, as I have everything set for for him, but I don't want to actually build him yet. I want to build some other models first. I'll let you know how it goes. Anyway, yes, expect some developments soon. Gotta go to class.
Later.
Later.

I've finally decided to release my first model. Hoorah! It's really not that great, but it's not bad... Anyway, I hope you enjoy building this one. I don't have picture instructions, but I did give you notes to look at when you build. I didn't take enough pictures to really make an adequate guide. But yes, here you go, you lil' morsels you!
Stay tuned for more progress on Machinedramon, mi compadres.

Hello people. I've been kinda busy since college started again, ad I have a shitload of work to do, but I figured I'll do as much school work as I can quickly so that I don't have to worry about it later. I'm currently working on Machinedramon (slowly) and its going to be a bigger model. Ingame he was more than twice the size of Hiro, who in papercraft form is about 5.5 inches. I think I'll make Machinedramon 12.5 inches or so.
For those of you who can't remember how he looks like ingame, or just aren't into Digimon, take a gander:
Apparently the guy who enlightened me as to how to rip these models has ripped and compiled all of them. Somehow I think I heard wrong though. Unless he's seriously dedicated... Either way, I'm in no shortage of projects. I need to play videogames though... I NEED to. I'm going through withdrawal. I need to finish my FF7, FF6, and FF1 replays. Oh Mayan God x_x Then I need to play Crisis Core.

Hey guys. I haven't posted all that long ago, but I wanted to let you know about some projects I intend to do. I was feeling kinda out of it before, so I couldn't really articulate anything. Anyway, here are a list of future projects that I have set up already. Sorry, no pics just yet.
Machinedramon - Digimon World
Seadramon - Digimon World
Monzaemon - Digimon World
Myotismon - Digimon World
Ninjamon - Digimon World
I am looking forward to making more models from this game, but right now I just don't have the means to get the models compiled correctly. Wait a week, ha. I may or may not be showing you pics of my progress, depends of how it's coming out.
I have a few non-Digimon related models in mind aswell as a whole series. You see, as a self-proclaimed demonologist I love my demons. Monsters in general are close enough to demons for me to wanna do something with them. Digimon themselves are more "demon" than "monster" to me. But anyway, I intend to make models for the creature models in Crisis Core, possibly starting with Behemoth.
Kukukukuku... That's a lot of items isn't it? We'll see how it goes. One last thing though, if anyone knows off the top of yer heads how to rip Tatsunoko vs Capcom models, tell me. I would very much like to make a Morrigan model. I do believe Lilith made a brief cameo aswell. If I can get her model I'll gladly make her aswell. Tiny steps though.
